President / Founder

Diana Jones is a long time student-advocate with years of experience in college admissions placement, guidance for summer, gap and PG adventures, therapeutic pathways, and student support at all levels. She is also the founder of Gateway Admissions.

Holding a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from NYU and a MEd. in Education from Pace, Diana is uniquely qualified to identify and address a continuum of student needs. It is Diana’s belief that college should be a time of excitement, self-discovery, confidence building, and emergence into adulthood. As such, she seeks ways to unhamper this journey and bolster a student’s  attainment of this wonderful coming of age.

A NYC private high school graduate, despite living in NJ, Diana knows what it means to be committed to education. Recalling her own first day on campus, watching her mother return to the car from the window of her 19th century dorm room she was anxious but found comfort in all of the excitement and new responsibility she knew lay ahead.

Diana is committed to expert guidance, confidentiality, and superior service. She knows the importance of helping students build self-assurance and ownership. Life throws curveballs; an indisputable reality. Being prepared for and rising above these errant pitches is Diana’s goal with Campus Colleagues.

Diana’s distinctive background and continuing education has equipped her with the professional expertise to work with students who require many different types of assistance: from best-fit school choices to providing specific support for ADHD/ADD, processing issues, anxiety, Neurodiversity, executive functioning, visual impairments, Dyslexia and Dysgraphia.

Diana wants all students to have the tools to dispel their concerns, embrace the promise of higher ed, and receive the support and direction they need to flourish during their college years. Sometimes just having a peer who knows the ropes or one who is not critical if you are unsure about something can be the changemaker, inspiring the next steps toward determination, self-assurance, and independence. Campus Colleagues can be the extra ingredient that makes all the difference.
